What is this platform?

Our platform currently supports users in Finland, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Belgium,
Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Denmark, Portugal,

Is the platform free to use?
Absolutely – we will never charge any fees related to your Earnspace account.
To get started, click "Register" at the top of the page to create your free account.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Certain third-party offers might ask for one, but you can ignore those offers.
Can I use this platform on mobile?
Yes, the site is responsive and works well on most smartphones and tablets.
How old do I have to be to use the site?
You must be 18 years old or older.

How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on the homepage and follow the instructions.
How can I reset my password?
Go to the login page and select "Forgot Password" to reset it.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Can I use multiple accounts?
No. Multiple accounts are not allowed and will result in a ban on all accounts.
How do I change my email address?
For fraud prevention, email changes are not allowed. Please choose carefully when signing up.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact support and we will assist with permanent deletion.
Can I update my profile picture?
Yes, just click on your profile picture on the account page and choose a new one.
Earning
How much can I expect to earn?
The average user earns a few dollars a month, though more seasoned users earn anywhere
from a few hundred a month to a few thousand.
My points are pending, what does this mean?
Your offer credited but is held by the offerwall to prevent fraud.
Hold times vary (often 0–60 days). Check the exact time on your account page.
I completed an offer but it didn’t credit – now what?
Please contact the offerwall where you completed the offer.
You can reach each offerwall's support in their respective iframe window.
Earnspace support cannot credit third-party offers.
My offer got chargebacked – what does this mean?
A previously credited offer was revoked by the offerwall.
If you already cashed out, your points may go negative.
Repeated chargebacks can lead to a ban.
Do you release offers with proof?
Yes, but only to reputable users in order to prevent fraud.
What is considered fraud?
Fraud includes, but is not limited to:
- Using VPNs, proxies or tools to hide identity/location
- Using stolen credit cards
- Completing the same offer on multiple sites
- Providing fake information
- Using emulators
- Cancelling a trial immediately after credit
Withdrawals
How do I track the status of my withdrawal?
Go to your Account page and click on the "Withdrawal History" tab.
We also email updates (Requested → Completed).
Are there any withdrawal fees?
Some methods have small fees. Crypto withdrawals typically have no fees.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal is $0.50 (or 50 coins).
How long do withdrawals take to process?
Most withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
Will you be adding more withdrawal options?
If there is demand for widely used methods, we can add them.

How does the referral system work?
Share your unique link, and earn 30% of each withdrawal your referral makes.
How can I edit my referral link?
Your USERID works as your unique referral link and you cannot edit it.
Where can I find my referral link?
In your dashboard under "Referrals" and on your account page.
Do I need to refer anyone?
No, it is completely optional, but a good way to earn passive income.
Can I track my referral stats?
Yes. You can see referral count and earnings in your dashboard.
Is there a limit to how many users I can refer?
There is no limit. The more you refer, the more you can earn.
Security & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, you can request deletion by contacting support at support@earnspace.net.
Do you share my information with third parties?
We do not sell or share personal data without your consent.
What happens to my data after I delete my account?
We permanently remove it from our systems within 30 days of confirmation.
Do you store my payment information?
No. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store card details.
Can I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
