Earnspace - Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Earnspace’s website, features and services (“Services”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
You may use the Services only in jurisdictions where they are legally available.
We may request age or identity verification when required by law or to prevent abuse.

3. ACCOUNT & SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple or shared accounts may be closed and earnings forfeited.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Use bots, automation, VPN/proxy/anti-detect tools to misrepresent location or identity.
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or circumvent security measures.
Post or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.

5. OFFERS, TASKS & REWARDS

Offer availability, eligibility and reward amounts are provided by advertisers and may change at any time.
Rewards are credited only when our partners confirm valid completion under their rules.
Duplicate, fraudulent, incentivized or ineligible completions may be reversed without notice.
We may request proof (such as screenshots or receipts) to validate completion.

6. PAYMENTS & WITHDRAWALS

Minimum withdrawal amounts, methods, fees and processing times are shown on the site and may vary by region. Currently the minimum withdrawal amount is $0.50.
We may place holds or require additional verification if we detect suspicious activity.
You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including text, graphics, logos and software, are owned by Earnspace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some offers and links may lead to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access, revoke rewards or close accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks or any misuse of the Services.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnspace and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you earned from us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) €50.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Earnspace from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.

Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
